Quality Kennel:

We are a small hobby kennel situated on about five acres in Central Illinois about three hours Southwest of Chicago.  We've been involved in breeding Labradors for over 10 years and are constantly improving the desirable characteristics that are sought in this breed.  Our primary concern is producing healthy, well-tempered, highly intelligent dogs suited as well for hunting as for a family pet.

We search for the best quality studs in our area, all titled and OFA certified.  Our females are all OFA certified and are bred on a limited basis.  All pups are born in our home and receive a lot of socialization from both of us and the other labs and cats that we love and care for.

Our value as a breeder:  We provide all documentation of the vet check and a written 26 month guarantee against hip dysplacia (if you choose to accept).  You will also receive copies of their pedigrees, AKC registration, pictures of their parents, titles earned and health reports.

You can expect a healthy pup, one that is free of hip dysplacia, and genetic eye disorders.  The pup will have its dew claws removed, first shots, vet report and worming.

Handling of Puppies and our Dogs:  We spend a minimum of 2 hours daily with our Dogs, socializing, retrieving and monitoring their temperaments with the other dogs.  Our puppies are paper trained at 5 weeks and partly house broke at 7 weeks.  We take great care in socializing our puppies and spend time with them each day  to assure a better temperament when released into your home.

All of our dogs are very well-mannered and love to retrieve.  Retrieving is a part of their regimen.
